The Church is an instrument of Unity – Bishop J.M Crentsil

The Presiding Bishop of the Church of God Ghana, Bishop Joseph Manful Crentsil charged Christians to see the Church as body of Jesus Christ who is our Lord and Savior and love one another for the people outside Christianity to see and follow as Christ commands.

Speaking at an ordination service in Aflao District of the Church of God Ghana, where four officer including a Bishop (Alfred Doamekpor), two Reverend Ministers (Jacobson Apetsi Gottoh and Jacob Vloe Mensah) and an Exorter (David Amedzah) were inducted into their various offices, the Presiding Bishop urge the Men of God not to see the human benefits of their work in the ministry but rather concentrate on their calling and be open to all no matter what the circumstances and treat everyone equally.

He stressed on the Examples of Jesus Christ as scripted in Mat 5:16 “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Bishop Crentsil also use the opportunity and presented School Uniforms to the district for distribution amongst the Children Ministry and anyone who will be in need of the school uniform.

In his closing remarks, the head of Church of God Ghana Bishop Joseph Manful Crentsil, entreat all members of the church to work together in unity and peace and support the ministry of the newly inducted preachers for the glorification of the kingdom of God.
